Merit Solutions Attains Gold Enterprise Resource Planning, Silver Customer Relationship Management and More!

Wheaton, Illinois – February 23, 2011 Merit Solutions is proud to announce that we have attained the following competencies within the new Microsoft Partner Network, launched late last year: Gold Enterprise Resource Planning; Silver Customer Relationship Management; Silver Application Integration; Silver Data Platform. In order to obtain any of these certifications, Merit Solutions had to meet more stringent criteria than in the past, including additional technical exam requirements, a higher Microsoft Certified Professional headcount, positive customer satisfaction surveys, and additional customer references.

So what does this mean to you?

By attaining the Gold Enterprise Resource Planning Competency, we have achieved the highest qualification Microsoft Dynamics Partners can receive within this new system. Partners who achieve the Gold status represent the elite Microsoft Dynamics Partners, having consistently demonstrated the highest quality and most consistent ability to implement Microsoft Dynamics ERP projects. The Gold certification validates our proficiency in deploying Microsoft Dynamics financial and supply chain solutions, along with related applications like Microsoft Office, Microsoft SQL Server, and Microsoft SharePoint Server. We have shown a commitment to delivering Microsoft Dynamics ERP projects on-time and on-budget, and our customers have reported high satisfaction directly to Microsoft.

The Silver Customer Relationship Management Competency showcases our proficiency in deploying solutions built on Microsoft Dynamics CRM and related applications. To attain the Silver Certification, partners must successfully complete relevant technical exams, provide a number of Microsoft Dynamics CRM customer references, and employ a number of Microsoft Certified Professionals. The Silver Customer Relationship Management Competency allows our customers to be confident that Merit Solutions has the skills, expertise, and resources to match their Customer Relationship Management needs.

By demonstrating our ability to implement integrated solutions that connect critical information and enable business agility for our customers, we have achieved the Silver Application Integration Competency. This achievement means our solutions deliver stronger connections for customers – through Microsoft BizTalk Server, Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services, and Microsoft .Net – which enhance their business decision making and improve employee productivity. The Silver Application Integration Competency validates our capabilities to deploy scalable, enterprise-wide integrated platforms that enable our customers to more easily manage data from a variety of sources.

Finally, the Silver Data Platform Competency showcases our skills in developing database applications and solutions based on Microsoft technology, including Microsoft SQL Server data management software. To attain this level of certification, we demonstrated our expertise at tailoring offerings to include capabilities such as decision support, anchored by BI, data warehousing, and custom online transaction processing (OLTP) data applications. The Silver Data Platform Certification can help CIOs achieve their goals of doing more with less by providing them data-platform solutions such as business intelligence and enterprise applications.
