Advanced Lot Management expands your ability to operate
efficiently while controlling restricted materials within Microsoft
Dynamics GP. Increase operating control, track all lot information
completely, and automatically maintain compliance with FDA
requirements.

Hold, Approved, Quarantined and Rejected.

The Lot Attribute Maintenance window allows users to change the lot characteristics for any lot
number in Microsoft Dynamics GP. Lot Attribute Maintenance displays all lot characteristics for an
item, including a new field called Vendor Lot, which is used to capture a long vendor lot number.
The Lot Status and Expiration Date fields are used to control how and when the item is used in
various transactions.
